After Hours Support & Service

AFlash Fire operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. We support major rollout projects through to programmed maintenance visits and reactive maintenance calls.

To assist with planning for potential after hour’s call-outs, AFlash Fire, upon contract commencement will perform a risk assessment to determine key failure modes that may lead to such a call-out. Strategies will be put in place to minimise the likelihood of such a call-out and in the unlikely event of such a call-out, detailed procedures will be established to ensure response with the appropriate response and rectification times.

Providing Quality Evidence
Of Service Delivery

AFlash Fire provides Quality Evidence of delivery of planned maintenance services when required by the client’s nominated representative through Electronic Records.  AFlash Fire will provide reports from our SimPro Maintenance Management System ( SMMS) containing accurate detail on the planning, scheduling and completion of Planned Maintenance Work Orders.

The Management System can report on: 

  • Works outstanding or overdue 

  • Works completed over previous time 

  • Departures from the Maintenance Plan 

  • Completion of Mandatory Testing 

  • Amendments to the Maintenance Plan 

  • Timely completion of services
